What We Do

Through our work at Seth Harry & Associates, Inc., Architects and Planners, we have put the Sustainable Commerce model into practice. We have created master plans, conceptualized new business models and associated merchandising plans, written supportive codes and policies, led public-participatory charrettes to fully invest communities, undertaken market analyses, and planned corridor and downtown revitalizations based the ideas and concepts of Sustainable Commerce. Our approach is based on the understanding that coordinated land-use and transportation planning plays an essential role in supporting local economies, which by definition creates a more secure, sustainable and healthy way of life for the citizens of all the communities we serve.
